Training
We believe that training is a means to influencing behaviour, both the behaviour of those who join us on our courses and ultimately the behaviour of employees they set out to influence.
We have been training CISOs, Education & Awareness Managers and Information Security professionals since 2017 to re-think the human factor. We pioneered an alternative approach to our industry piers ensuring all attendees have a common understanding of human awareness, behaviour and culture, before graduating to using this insight to design and deliver more effective change programmes.
Our syllabus is based on our own research programme. Our research programme draws from academic and professional research into human awareness, behaviour and culture and how other industries, professions and even governments have succeeded in delivering change.
Our training will introduce you to a diverse range of disciplines, their relationship with your goal of managing human factor risks and how best to leverage these to increase the chances of your success and all while not being overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of the opportunity in front of you.
We promise you will be equipped to have a different conversation with stakeholders within your organisation. This will single you out as having a valuable, alternative perspective, which you can back up by pointing to everyday examples, which will resonate deeply with stakeholders, in a meaningful way and all backed up by science.
Should you choose to join us, you’ll work towards a status as a Certified Human Factor Architect™ (CHFA™) who is qualified to design working environments which increase the likelihood of positive security behaviours and culture.
